Their Story
Olivia and Sakib reached out to us nearly a year before their wedding day, giving us almost eleven months to bring their vision for Garza Blanca to life.
​
In January, just a few months before their May wedding, they flew in from California for a pre-site visit. During their visit, they toured the venue, tasted their reception menu, and met the florists and vendors who would later help bring everything together. It was a great opportunity to answer questions, refine ideas, and make key decisions together well before the wedding day.
​
Their celebration welcomed 69 guests and featured a timeless palette of soft whites, delicate blush tones, and lush greenery, creating an atmosphere that felt elegant, romantic, and natural.
The Celebration
Olivia and Sakib tied the knot at Elite Terrace, where a lush floral arch framed the Caribbean Sea and swaying palm trees created the perfect backdrop for their ceremony.

Following the ceremony, guests gathered at TierraLuna for cocktail hour and the reception. Having both celebrations in the same space created a natural flow throughout the evening, allowing everyone to move seamlessly from one moment to the next.
​
After sharing their first dance, Olivia and Sakib enjoyed dinner surrounded by family and friends, followed by heartfelt speeches, a lively dance floor, and a late-night taco station that kept the celebration going well into the night.

Design Details
The overall design combined modern elegance with a soft, romantic feel.

The ceremony featured lush florals in soft whites, blush, and layered greenery, creating a timeless setting against the Caribbean backdrop.
​
Furniture in matching natural wood tones connected the cocktail and reception spaces, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the evening. White cushions paired with soft blush accent stools added comfort and a relaxed elegance to the lounge area.
​
The tables were one of our favorite design elements. Olive-green goblets, gold flatware, soft blush accents, and abundant florals created a look that felt elegant, romantic, and inviting without feeling overly formal.
​
Suspended above the dance floor, a lush greenery installation served as the reception's main focal point, while the mirrored LED dance floor reflected the surrounding lights and set the stage for an unforgettable night.

The First Look
